Introduction:

GLD series streetlights with generous, innovative and unique appearance, is specification designed to meet the need of road lighting and fully meet the special requirements of road lighting. This product uses from 10 to high-power LED's as light source. With the world’s leading optical design as well as advanced thermal, structural and circuit design, the product has cost performances! This product is highly effective green, energy-saving and environment friendly.

 

Application:

Highway lighting, express way lighting major road lighting, collector road lighting, local road lighting, residential road and sidewalk lighting, square and playground lighting, etc.

 

Function and features:

1.     Revolutionary optical design----the world’s first dedicated streetlight optical system (reflecting lens with rectangular faculae). Reasonable distribution of the light makes the faculae rectangular, ensure ideal brightness and uniformity of read, meaning while improves the LED light energy utilization rate to the limit and reduce light pollution.

2.     The originating integrative design for radiator and lamp housing. It fully meets LED heat sinking requirements and ensure its lifespan, fundamentally meets the random design of structure and shape of LED lamps and has the most distinct feature.

3.     Slim and light appearance. It effectively reduces wind resistance, weight and the loading of lamp post, and enhance security factor.

4.     Intelligent monitor and precise constant current. Each LED module implements intelligent monitor. No matter how the power grid fluctuates, the precise constant current is kept to have LED work under the secure current.

5.     No bad glare. The LED street lamp eliminates the glare, eye fatigue and visual interference caused by ordinary streetlight, improves the security of driving, reduces the occurrence of traffic accidents, fully embodies the spirit of “technology oriented for people”.

6.     No light pollution. Light distribution is specially designed for road lighting. There is no light pollution to around environment.

7.     No high-pressure power, no dust. The LED street lamp eliminates brightness decay caused by the high-pressure power absorbing dust to make the housing dark, which is general problem of the ordinary streetlights.

8.     No high temperature. The LED streetlamp uses ultra-transparent glass to eliminate the yellowing and aging of the housing of the ordinary streetlight caused by high temperature, which will reduce the brightness and lifetime.

9.     Wide range of the working voltage. If the working voltage fluctuation of traditional lamp like the high-pressure sodium lamp is over ±7%. Life span and brightness will decline rapidly. While LED lamp’s life span and brightness will have no change with working voltage fluctuation of ±30%.

10. No delay when switching on. It will reach normal brightness when switching on without any waiting time.

11. No frequency. The DC working environment eliminates visual fatigue caused by traditional street lights.

12. Impulsion-resistance, shake-resistance, no UV and no IR. There are no filament, no glass housing, no smash problem caused by traditional lamp, no radiation and no harm to human beings.

13. High CRI. It makes the color more real, brighter and more distinguishable

14. More color temperature to choose. It can meet the requirement of different occasions for color temperature. It avoids the feature of lower color temperature of sodium light and higher color temperature of mercury light and makes the observer comfortable.

15. Significant energy-saving. With superb bright high-power LED light source and high efficient power, it saves 80% of the power consumption, compared to traditional sodium lamp and mercury lamp.

16. over 50,000Hrs lifetime. The LED uses highly reliable advanced encapsulation methods - eutectic soldering, which fully ensure the long lifetime of the LED. The lifetime of the LED lamp is the5-10 times over the traditional sodium lamp, a mercury lamp

17. Environment-friendly. There is no pollution element, such as lead and mercury, etc, and is environment-friendly

18. No grid pollution. Power Factor .0.9, harmonic distortion 20 %, in line with global indicators EMI, It reduces loss of electric power supply consumed by electric line and avoids high-frequency interference.

19. Safe and reliable working at low heat and low-voltage. LED junction temperature is ideally controlled (TJ <60 , the ambient temperature Ta = 25 );

20. The combination with solar energy. According to the local solar energy resource, it will have full play of its advantages of energy-saving and Low Voltage operation when combining the city electricity with the solar energy power and gives the customers high cost performance and high reliability.

21.High luminous efficiency. Luminous efficiency of LED. 80 lm / W under the current conditions, with rapid increase of the LED brightness, 400 W sodium lamp lights will be replaced by 80W LED when luminous efficiency is up to 150 lm / W., the effect of energy saving will be more distinct. When reaching its ultimate brightness of 300 lm / W
